The name of the band comes from the accordionist’s last name, Paweł Zagańczyk. During one of the concerts at Gdańsk Academy of Music together with a violinist, Joachim Łuczak, he brilliantly played Astor Piazzolla’s Tango. Four years have passed…Since then, Zagan Adoustic performed approximately 300 concerts in Poland, Slovakia, Germany and Switzerland. You will find more details on our website www.acoustic.zagan.pl

INTERESTING MUSIC IDEAS

In May 2009, thanks to the kindness of the Culture and Art Centre in Pruszcz Gdański, we performed the premiere of Sergei Prokfiev’s Peter and the Wolf in Joachim Łuczak’s arrangement. The performance was very original because of the instruments used. The role of the narrator was played by a famous Polish actor Wiktor Zborowski.
